Shipping & Returns

Our website is committed to your complete satisfaction; it is our top priority.
Returns or exchanges are permitted, provided the customer purchased the product through our website and it is within 15 days of the original invoice date.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. All exchanges will be shipped via ems or dhl to the customer.
Please refer to your Order Confirmation for the required return form.
All packages should be sent via a trackable method. Our website is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Once we receive your return, please allow 7-14 business days to complete your return or exchange.

1.You must email us first and inform us of the reason for a return and tell us your Order Confirmation Number. We will then provide you with the further instructions.

2.You can return any unwanted items within 30 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are in 100% new condition, not bad, nor used and all tags in place. Please ensure returned item is packaged safely, as we cannot accept damaged returns. We will assess all returned item' s condition and refuse any damaged, used or bad items. Any costs associated with sending such refused items back to you are your responsibility.

3.All packages should be sent via a trackable method and supply the tracking number in time. Any costs associated with the return of items by you to us are your responsibility, including costs of sending exchanged / or refused items back to you. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

4.All returns are evaluated before being processed. Please note that it usually takes 7-15working days to receive the package you return. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 15 business days to complete your return or exchange.

5. Returns are processed in the order that they are received, and credits may take up to 30 days to appear on your account. (During the holidays, this time may be extended.) During the holiday season total processing time on expedited exchanges may be extended by 1-2 busines s days. If we anticipate further delays you will be notified immediately. You can call your Credit Company or PayPal for the confirmation about the refund in that case.

6.We replace all damaged goods free of charge. We are responsible for everything if we make any error, others, the client will be charged restocking fee, handling fee and shipping cost.
